Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Accommodation
Scope
These T&C apply to the use of the accommodation in Küssaberg, operated by Stephan Brahmann (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). By booking, the guest accepts these conditions.
Booking and Payment
Booking can be made online, by phone, or by email. A deposit of 30% is due upon booking. The remaining amount is to be paid by check-in. For last-minute bookings (within 7 days prior to arrival), the full amount is due immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will incur a 30% charge of the total amount. Incase of cancellations within 7-4 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations within 4 days or less or in case of no-show will incur the full amount.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: until 10:00 AM Later check-outs are only possible by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
Use of Accommodation
The accommodation may only be used by the booked number of persons. The premises are to be treated with care and in accordance with the rules. Damages are to be reported immediately. The use of common areas is at one's own risk.
Liability
The Operator is not liable for the loss or damage of guests' personal belongings. Guests are liable for damages caused by themselves or their companions. House Rules The house rules are part of these T&C and must be observed by all guests. Violations of the house rules may result in immediate exclusion from the accommodation without refund.
Additional Charges and Liability Exclusions
An additional cleaning fee will be charged for excessive dirt. A fee of €15 will be charged for late check-out without prior arrangement. In case of significant delays and potential losses incurred, an additional day will be charged. Shortening of the stay with less than one week's notice will result in a charge of 50% or more of the overnight costs for the relevant nights.

Taxes and Fees
The prices quoted are subject to the applicable VAT for overnight stays. A final cleaning fee will be charged.
